Description
We are looking for a long-term foster placement for Elsa. She is a 4 year old Jack Russell Terrier.
Elsa does have a passport, this and all other documents will remain with owner. (Passport can be made available should you decide to take her on holiday.)
Annual vaccinations would be paid by owner.
You would provide a loving secure home, food and emergency vet treatments.
Regular “Pup Dates” and regular visits, with 48 hours notice given by owner or representative, to Elsa & her home will be required.
Elsa can and does currently live with cats, but think, maybe your cats won’t like her.
Elsa would thrive in either a sole person, couple or family with slightly older children
Yes, there will be a visit to your home to assess your ability to give Elsa the utmost care love & attention prior to fostering commencing and a fostering contract will be signed by both parties
In the event that the fit proves to be not working OR your circumstances change Elsa MUST BE returned to owner or representative. THIS IS TO PROTECT ELSA.
Hopefully the fostering arrangement will last Elsa’s entire life-span.
PROSPECTIVE FOSTERERS MUST LIVE WITHIN 10 MILES RADIUS OF CARDIFF AND BE OVER 18 YEARS OLD
