Description
A Fantastic, large antique style Oval Vintage Oak Dining Table with 2 Drop Leaf sides i.e. a Gate Leg table often referred to as a Wake Table. Base with turned legs. Two leg pivots to support the leaves, hence the name gate leg. Georgian style.
Dimensions - 7 feet (2.13m) long x 6 feet (1.83m) wide and 2 feet 6 inches high (76cm). When the 2 leaves are dropped, the table is only 21 inches (53cm) wide.
In fantastic condition.
Sits 10 comfortably (see pictures) but we have often had 12 seated for dinner around this table. Selling due to having moved to a house with smaller rooms. Chairs not included in sale but all 10 chairs are separately available for £400 in total.
