Nikon D3S - 12.1-megapixel with 28-105 macro zoom lens - great working condition.

Description

If you're reading this, you probably know about cameras, but there's tons of information about this incredible camera online.

I have taken some incredible shots of my grandchildren with this camera and my trusty Nikkor f/3.5 28-105 macro workhorse wide angle/telephoto lens, which produces spectacular results, particularly on Macro settings for close-up shots of insects or flowers, etc. On macro, it gets almost as close as touching distance to its subject.

I have just blown the dust off it to take these pictures because I haven't used it since I went mirrorless. But in all the time I used it, it never once missed a beat. Its incredible specification and speed made it a favourite of sports photographers. Its completely redesigned imaging sensor offers improved ultra-high image sensor sensitivity (up to ISO 102400), HD (720p/30) video recording, and faster continuous shooting speeds of 9 frames per second (11 fps in DX crop mode).

I'm an amateur photographer and fastidious about the way I keep my camera equipment. So this has ALWAYS been kept dry, and with its dust caps on when the lens was removed.

It comes in its original box complete with the Nikon battery charger, three Nikon batteries and the mains power transformer to run from mains power. I am also including 4 x compact flash cards; 1 x 2Gb / 1 x 1 Gb / 1 x 512 Mb / 1 x 256Mb

You're welcome to try it out for yourself and see it working in action.

The shutter count is 141540 - the last image shows a screenshot of apotelyt-dot-com, which states that the shutter on the D3S is good for 300,000 actuations, so it's not yet halfway through its life.
