Dell optiplex 990 with monitor, keyboard and mouse, 8GB ram 500gb storage, has windows 10 already installed, not slow or sluggish everything loads up super quick, multiple applications open at once and still runs perfect. few cosmetic scratches but doesn’t effect the use. Only selling cheap for quick sale as recently upgraded too gaming pc. Can see specs in photos. No wifi but can get one if eBay cheap as, works with Ethernet which is better anyway for any kind of pc
