Industrial Task Lamp.
Office Work Desk Task Lamp or Side Table Light,
circa 1940's.
We are delighted to offer this very cool early 20th century work bench or desk task lamp. Made & designed by Hadrill & Horstmann of Godalming, England. Fabulous vintage industrial angle-poise & counter balanced lamp with original Crabtree bakelite on/off bulb fitting. Fully re-wired with vintage style red cloth covered twisted mains cable. Takes a standard UK bayonet bulb. This lamp comes directly from a recent estate sale & is sold in superb as found vintage condition. Lots of minor age related surface scuffs & shade dinks ( please see pictures for more details ). Its' been properly cleaned & is in good working order so ready to use, love & enjoy once more. Overall display very nicely indeed & would make for a very cool interior design statement. It's style & design is typical of the early 20th century modern industrial period & this example dates to around circa 1940's.
