Ice Cool Delivery Driver - Immediate Start

We maintain an exceptional level of service across London and the UK, supplying ice bags and world-class sculptures to prestigious venues like The Savoy, Gordon Ramsay’s restaurants, The Ivy, and more top spots in London’s dining and events scene.

All you need is the right attitude – we can teach you the skills, but attitude is something we can’t instil. So, if you’ve got that, you’re good to go. There are no upper age limits, but you must be over 25 – whether you’re 26 or 81, it’s all the same to us.

You should be/have:

Hardworking and fast – it’s ice, after all, and it melts quickly. Speed is key.
Fluent in English, punctual, and reliable.
A keen eye for detail, care for the product, and commitment to getting the job done.
Willing to work weekend shifts – two Saturdays and Sundays per month.
Strong and fit – able to lift 12kg bags of ice and heavy ice sculptures.
Must have a UK work visa.
Over 25 years old (for insurance reasons).
OPTIONAL: Knowledge of London’s streets is a bonus but not essential.

The Role:

Business delivery hours: 6am – midnight, 7 days a week.
Shifts typically last 8-12 hours, 5-6 days a week.
After 7pm on weekdays: 10% pay increase.
Before 6am: 15% pay increase.
Saturday (daytime): 10% pay increase; after 7pm: 15%.
Sunday (daytime): 15% pay increase; after 7pm: 20%.
50-70 hours per week, depending on the season – with extra hours available.
85% of the role involves multi-drop ice deliveries – 20-40 drops per day in new sprinter vans.
Once experienced, you'll also handle ice sculpture deliveries and set-ups.
Helping load/unload vans, general cleaning, and maintenance.
