Had an issue with damp coming through in our basement and reached out to Alex at Solidry. He suggested a membrane system and sump pump which made sense given the setup. The job wasn’t the easiest due to pipework, but he worked around it professionally and made sure everything was accessible. Very knowledgeable and honest, not just trying to sell unnecessary work. Really pleased with the outcome.
