No reply to communication regarding problem! First time using this company, a few years ago, was fine. Second time, we used John for cabin re felting. The job was adequate, however, we realised that the screws that fixed the shingles to the front were too long and are showing in the porch area and the interior. We tried to contact John regarding the problem by telephone, text messages and email. He has not replied to any of them. We are very upset as we are selling our home and needed a quick job for the photography. John did the job with speed and it looks good. However, there are sharp screw ends showing. At the end of the job, John asked me to leave a good review on Bark. I would have done this but as he has ignored all our efforts to contact him I cannot do so.

Expert Property Solutions came to my property and carried work in my back garden on the removal of years of neglect, They removed all my over grown greenery & cut back the bushes then cut the grass and strimmed wear necessary.
