Description

We're looking for an organised and proactive Supply Chain Coordinator to manage subcontractor activity and support the smooth delivery of reactive and planned maintenance services.

What You'll Do

Schedule and coordinate subcontractors, selecting the right supplier based on cost, capability, location, and response times.

Manage work orders from start to finish, ensuring accurate system updates and timely completion.

Raise purchase orders, process invoices, and ensure all activity aligns with contract requirements.

Maintain accurate, compliant records and evidence all job details in IT systems.

Monitor KPIs, run reports, and identify opportunities to improve efficiency.

Build strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and internal teams.

Escalate risks, resolve issues, and support continuous improvement across the Supply Chain function. xjnqpsq

Communicate clearly and professionally, always delivering excellent customer service.

What We're Looking For

Strong organisational and communication skills

Confidence working with data, reports, and IT systems

Ability to prioritise, problem‑solve, and manage multiple tasks
