Description
An excellent opportunity has arisen to work for our established client in Theale as a Service Co-ordinator Working hours are Monday - Friday, 8.30am - 5.00pm.
As the Service Co-ordinator you will be responsible for:
To assist the Service/Installations Manager & Supervisor.
To answer the Service Line telephone promptly and pleasantly and to handle all calls/information with discretion and confidentiality. Monitor Service email inbox and deal with any enquires.
To ensure all service calls are logged promptly onto the system.
Arranging for Sub-contractors to attend calls and raising purchase orders.
Update engineers assigned calls daily and report any calls that need further works to Service Manager/Supervisor. Update customer websites with engineer ETA and delivery of kit/parts. Benefits:

Free parking The successful Service Co-ordinator will have the following related skills / experience
Good communication skills and a pleasant customer focused attitude
A working knowledge of A/V installations with some technical knowledge
Good organisational skills
Good computer skills
Good problem-solving skills
