Manage incoming service bookings and customer enquiriesCoordinate repair schedules and liaise with workshop staffAdvise customers on repair timelines, costs, and any additional workProcess paperwork accurately for job cards, invoicing, and warranty claimsSell service plans and additional products when appropriateProvide a high level of customer service at all times Skills and Qualifications for a Service Advisor / Customer Service Advisor / Service Receptionist

Essential

Experience in a service advisor or customer-facing automotive roleStrong communication and organisational skillsConfident using computer systems and handling admin tasksA proactive and customer-focused attitude Desirable
