If so, please read on as our our client are currently looking for a Service Advisor to guide customers through the repair process, giving advice regarding suitable repairers and liasing with engineers. Service Advisors ensure accurate and speedy resolution of customers vehcile repairs giving regard to company procedures and customer sensitivities.

What you'll do:

Provide accurate service towards customers either face to face or over the phoneResolve customer issues across a variety of platforms, telephone, fax, email and onlineUnderstanding our various customers' requirements and working with them to ensure they are properly dealt withMaintain company service levelsManaged customer expectations throughout the process of their vehicles restorationProvide professional and friendly serviceManage accounts, customer payments and invoicesArrange vehicle assessmentsOther reasonable duties as requiredBenefits:
