Overview:

Unify are thrilled to be recruiting for a Senior Hire Desk Controller to join an established Construction Plant business based in Weston Super Mare.

In the role of Senior Hire Desk Controller, you will be overseeing the team and other depots when required, as well as being the central contact for clients and key accounts, while taking charge of coordinating all hire activities.

What do I need?

* Prior experience working within the Plant industry

* Ability to prioritize tasks and adjust schedules as needed.

* Experience with hire desk operations

* Proficiency in IT systems, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.

* Excellent attention to detail / strong communication skills

Responsibilities:

* Act as the first point of contact for customer bookings and enquiries via phone and email.

* To be responsible for overing the hire desk and accurately processing plant and equipment

* Collaborate closely with internal teams

* Managing a volume of outgoing / incoming hires from customers

* Processing admin enquiries

* Track ongoing hire agreements maintain accurate documentation.

Desirable:

* Experience of the Syrinx system however, training available
