What You'll Be Doing

Processing customer orders accurately via phone, email, and internal systems.

Double checking details to make sure everything is correct, compliant, and on time.

Updating partners on progress and keeping everyone in the loop.

Managing email and ticket inboxes, responding promptly to queries.

Working closely with colleagues to solve problems and keep processes flowing.What We're Looking For

Brilliant organisational skills with a keen eye for detail.

Clear and confident communicator - written and verbal.

Experience in administration, customer service, or sales support.

Comfortable juggling multiple tasks in a fast-moving environment.
