Description
Marks Consulting Partners are currently looking for a Project Surveyor to work with one of our Housing Association clients in Manchester
What the job will be doing
* Identify trends in planned and reactive maintenance activities to inform decisions of most effective means of repair or replacement which will be developed into planned, cyclical, maintenance and disrepair activities.
* Monitor activity of all contractors working on behalf of the HA
* Be allocated a portfolio based on your experience/skill set in areas such as disrepair/stock condition surveys etc.
* Continuously work towards HA’s visions modelling its values and behaviours
What you will need
* HND building studies (or equivalent)
* Knowledge is health & safety relating to construction
* Building, maintenance and surveying experience
