Monday to Friday / 1 in 2 Saturdays
We are currently on the lookout for a Parts Call Centre Advisor to join our client s company, based in Diss. If you are an experienced Automotive Parts Advisor and would like a new challenge within a different company then please apply today!
Duties and Responsibilities include:
Establishing all customers needs for the correct required parts; diagnosing and recommending as appropriate. Delivering exceptional customer service to external and internal customers. Maintaining a strong working relationship with the manufacturer. Discussing relevant promotions and offers to customers. Receiving, recording and allocating parts and consumables from suppliers. Your background & skill:
