Salary - £30,000 - £38,000 per annum

Hours – Full-time Monday - Friday

What You’ll Be Doing

As a Parts Advisor, you’ll play a crucial role in keeping operations running smoothly by:

Being the go-to expert for customers – handling enquiries, quotes, orders, and offering technical guidance

Managing warranty claims, returns, and customer complaints with a problem-solving mindset

Taking ownership of stock control for both internal operations and field engineers

Using your growing product knowledge to quickly and effectively meet customer needsWhat We’re Looking For

Has experience working with parts, stock, or technical products – or is eager to learn!

Brings excellent customer service skills and a professional, friendly attitude
