Description
You, an Italian speaking Customer Service Representative, will be the first point of contact in the after sales process for customers. You will process incoming customer orders and requests, from order receipt, through delivery to invoicing. You will be expected to have excellent customer relationship and communication skills and can engage with, and influence both external and internal customers and stakeholders. This is a hybrid role based in London.

As the Italian Customer Service Agent, you will:
Respond to customer inquiries in Italian and English via phone and email.
Process orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely delivery of products.
Handle complaints and provide effective solutions to maintain client satisfaction.
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve processes.
Maintain up-to-date records of customer interactions in the company's database.
Support the sales team with administrative tasks and customer follow-ups.
Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance service quality.
Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.
