What You'll Be Doing

Every day is different. You'll be supporting customers with their travel plans by:

Responding to enquiries via phone, live chat and emailResolving customer queries with empathy and professionalismProviding accurate information on bookings, policies and promotionsDelivering exceptional service while achieving quality and performance targetsWorking collaboratively with colleagues to continuously improve the customer experience

What We're Looking For

We're keen to speak with people who have:

Fluency in German and English (spoken and written)Previous customer service or contact centre experienceExcellent communication and problem-solving skillsConfidence working across multiple systems while managing several customer conversationsA positive attitude, willingness to learn and a passion for helping customersThe ability to work towards individual and team performance targets

Working Hours

German customer service line: Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 4:30pm

Location: Edinburgh (On-site)
