Responsibilities:

- Assist customers in identifying and purchasing the correct parts for their vehicles

- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure customer satisfaction

- Maintain accurate inventory of parts and accessories

- Process parts orders and returns efficiently

- Utilize computer systems to look up and order parts

- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries in a professional manner

- Provide product knowledge and recommendations to customers

Skills:

- Phone etiquette: Ability to handle phone calls professionally and provide excellent customer service

- Strong communication skills: Ability to effectively communicate with customers, colleagues, and vendors

- Organizational skills: Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time efficiently, and maintain an organized work area

- Attention to detail: Ability to accurately process orders and maintain inventory records
