We are currently seeking EXPERIENCED, flexible, reliable, punctual, professional, and customer-oriented Minicab CONTROLLERS / Coordinators & Dispatch professionals to join our team.

Minicab Controller / Coordinator Main Duties:

Ensure timely dispatch of journeys. Liaise with the Head Controller daily. Monitor staff performance, improve call stats, and reduce drop call figures. Handle interactions with customers and colleagues in a professional and courteous manner.

Requirements:

Over 1 year of experience in a similar role is ESSENTIAL. Proficiency in using the AUTOCAB dispatching system. Excellent English communication skills and a good telephone manner. Reliability and punctuality are a must. A strong team player with a positive attitude. Comprehensive knowledge of London is crucial.
