Customer Service Supervisor / Team Leader

£32,000 to £35,000 per annum, Permanent, Full-time 40 hours per week Monday to Friday, Flexible start and Finish times, BS15 Kingswood Bristol, Pension, Bonus, Free Lunch, Parking and Holidays

Our client are a leading manufacturing business and due to ongoing growth they are currently seeking a customer service supervisor to join their business. The company were established 40 years ago and have a solid customer base, this is an opportunity that will offer stability and future progressive opportunities that will see you develop into a more managerial position. Working and leading a team of 3, having close working relationships with further departments, duties will involve:

Leading the customer services team to deliver exceptional customer services to clients

Oversee all aspects of customer services operations

Drive continuous improvements within the department

Ensuring that customer services standards are upheld,, KPIs are met and process's within the team are upheld

General department reporting for senior management

Managing escalated customer queries and resolving

The successful customer service supervisor will have:

Team Leadership experience in supporting, leading, developing and being a mentor to a customer services team

Customer services excellence focused

Experienced in performance monitoring

Process improvement experienced

E-commerce platforms experience would be beneficial

Holding ERP and CRM systems user experience

This role would be ideal for someone who has worked as a customer services team leader, customer services manager or within a senior customer services rposition and are looking for a exciting and new opportunity.
