We're looking for several Customer Service temps to support with a project for our client who is one of the leading providers of parking enforcement services. This is a two month Temporary position that could be extended. This is a fantastic opportunity for a Customer Service Officer to join a Customer Service team.

What you'll be doing…

Supporting the Customer Service Manager in the processing, maintaining and updating of parking correspondence, calls, permits and notices.

Ensuring customer enquiries are handled quickly and efficiently

Advising the public on payment/appeal methods and other issues regarding enforcement action taken on their vehicle.What you'll need…

Ability to work well in a team and independently when necessary

Excellent communication skills both written and verbal

Focus on issue resolution and maximising customer satisfaction

High level of computer literacy in Microsoft Office, including, word excel and outlook

Effective written and verbal communication skills
