_Role: Customer Service Executive_

_Salary: GBP25,000 per year_

_Hours: 9.00am-6.00pm 5 days a week. Monday-Friday (you will receive a rota'd weekday off should you work a Saturday )_

The Role

As the Customer Service Representative, you'll be the first voice the customers hear - whether they've just found their dream car or have questions about how it all works.

You'll be handling lots of calls, pointing people in the right direction, and making sure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes. If you're calm under pressure, organised, and love making people feel at ease, you'll fit right in.

Day-to-Day, You'll Be:

Taking lots of inbound calls and offering friendly, professional support

Figuring out what customers need and directing them to the right person

Organising call-backs and follow-ups so nothing gets missed

Keeping neat records of conversations and next steps

Working with the team to keep things running like clockwork

Following FCA guidelines (don't worry, you will be fully trained)

Spotting patterns and suggesting ways to make the customer experience even better

What You'll Need:

Experience in a customer service or call-handling role

A confident, clear phone manner and strong listening skills

An organised mind and a keen eye for detail

Comfort with CRM and phone systems (we'll show you the ropes)

A cool head when things get busy
