General Admin Wigan Matternity Cover Temp GBP13.25 per hour 37.5 hours per week

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8.30am 5.00pm

KPI Recruiting are proud to be working with our long-standing client, who are currently looking to recruit a Customer Service Advisor to join their team on a Temp basis.

You will be responsible for:

Answering telephone calls professionally and courteouslyProcessing orders efficiently and accuratelyManaging direct shipments from supplier to customer.Placing orders with internal/external suppliers and arranging timely deliveriesMonitoring stock levels in line with customer demand and supplier lead timesManaging customer expectations and proactively communicating any issues related to their order Maintain confidentiality and appropriate handling of sensitive customer information. The successful candidate will have:
