Hours: Monday to Friday 08:30am - 17:00pm

Salary: GBP25,750 per annum

Are you someone who thrive in a busy environment, enjoys problem solving and takes pride in delivering excellent service? Our client is looking for a proactive Customer Service Advisor to join their team and become a key point of contact for their retailers nationwide.

What you will be doing:

Speaking with retailers over the phone and supporting them with orders and queriesProcessing orders received via email, phone and faxPreparing order acknowledgements, invoices and general adminsirationWorking closely with warejhouse and distribution teams to ensure products are delivered on timeApplying correct discounts, charges and delivery costsResolving customer issues with professionalism and careKeeping customer information updated in CRM systemBuilding strong relationships with retailers and internal departments About you:

Confident communicator, both written and verbalCompetent across Microsoft OfficeStrong time management and organizational skillsExcellent attention to detailPrevious telephone based customer service experience is desirableExperience working in a fast paced setting is desirableFamiliarity with CRM systems is desirable Benefits:
