14.28ph ( weekly pay) We are looking for a Customer Advisor to contact tenants by phone, complete surveys, and record information accurately.Working for a leading Housing provider in Exeter this role is working on a temporart contract for a couple of weeks.
Responsibilities Make outbound calls to tenantsComplete census questionnaires over the phoneCarry out tenant satisfaction surveysRecord responses accurately on systemsBuild rapport and encourage participation Skills & Experience Experience in outbound calling or customer serviceConfident and professional on the phoneGood listening and communication skills About the Role Phone-based, high-volume calling roleFocus on customer interaction and data collectionRequires organisation and consistencyWeekly pay ( 2 weeks work ) starting immedately Parking and close to good transport links based on the outskirts of Exeter
