Customer Service Advisor - 12-Month Contract

Location: Whitley (Hybrid after training)

Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM

Pay: Weekly pay

The Role

Our client is seeking experienced a Customer Service Advisor to join their UK Client Relationship Centre. This is an exciting opportunity to deliver exceptional customer experiences and support across multiple communication channels, including phone, email, chat, and social media.

Successful candidates will join a large, energetic team, managing inbound and proactive contacts with clients, retailers, and third parties. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive on problem-solving, building rapport, and delivering outstanding service.

Hybrid working after training: 2 days in the office, 3 days from home

Key Responsibilities

Provide exceptional customer support and act as a critical point of contact for queries and resolutions.

Manage inbound and outbound communication across multiple channels.

Build strong relationships with clients and retail partners.

Handle complaints and deliver first-contact resolutions wherever possible.

Maintain accurate client data and champion data protection compliance.

Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to enhancing customer experience.

Essential Requirements

Minimum 1-2 years' experience in a call centre/contact centre environment.

Strong communication skills (written and verbal).

Ability to manage high volumes of queries and multitask effectively.

Technologically savvy with experience navigating multiple systems.

Resilient, enthusiastic, and results-driven with excellent problem-solving skills.

Desirable

Experience in goodwill processes and decision-making.

Previous exposure to customer experience roles in retail, hospitality, travel, or similar sectors.
