We are currently looking for several Customer Service Advisors to join a growing business in the north side of Glasgow. The Role

* Deliver exceptional customer service via inbound and outbound calls

* Engage with customers who may be facing financial difficulties

* Work on behalf of reputable clients to resolve outstanding balances

* Assess customer needs and affordability to find suitable solutions

Key Responsibilities

* Negotiate payment plans and settlements with customers

* Accurately update and maintain customer account notes

* Adhere to compliance and regulatory standards

* Maintain a professional and empathetic tone in all communications

Skills & Experience

* Strong verbal and written communication skills

* Ability to build rapport and show empathy in difficult conversations

* Confident with IT systems and quick to learn new tools

* Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and in a team

* Target-driven mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality outcomes

* Previous experience in customer service is essential
