We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Customer Service Advisor to join their team. This is a key role, ensuring a first-class customer experience while supporting order processing, customer relationships, and the external sales force.

The Role:

Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, your responsibilities will include:

* Handling customer enquiries on stock, deliveries, pricing, and availability

* Processing customer orders and managing your own order book

* Coordinating with internal departments (sales, planning, logistics) to ensure timely delivery

* Keeping customers updated throughout the order journey

* Issuing order confirmations, invoices, and documentation

* Managing complaints and escalating issues when needed

* Supporting the external sales team with customer updates and service

* Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers

The Ideal Candidate:

* Previous experience in a similar customer service or order processing role

* Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal

* Proactive, positive, and customer-focused

* Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks

* Confident using Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)

* SAP/CRM system experience is an advantage

* A team player with a flexible and collaborative approach
