They are expanding and seeking Customer Service Advisors to join their Customer Service Department.

Salary: £28,000-£30,000 (pro-rata)

Location: Dunfermline

Working Hours: Mon - Friday 8am -5.30 pm (morning, afternoon and lunch breaks included)

Role Overview:

* Handle customer queries and coordinate installations

* Liaise with customers, suppliers, and field agents

Candidate Profile:

* Strong interpersonal and organisational skills

* Confident, proactive, and resilient

* Previous customer service or industry experience helpful but full training provided
