What You'll Be Doing:
Handling inbound enquiries and resolving customer queries via phone, email, and web chat.
Managing a caseload of customer queries and complaints from start to finish.
Investigating and resolving issues by liaising with internal teams and external partners.
Ensuring all communications are clear, professional, and customer-focused.
Keeping accurate records and updating systems with outcomes and resolutions.
Providing feedback to help improve customer processes and enhance service delivery.
What We're Looking For:
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
A calm and analytical approach to problem-solving.
Previous experience in a customer service, administration, or complaints handling role (desirable but not essential).
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
Confident using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
A team player who thrives in a supportive and collaborative environment.
