Production Operative

Description

Hales Group are currently seeking a Production Operative to join our client based in Lowestoft.

The role requires being able to follow standard working processes using specified methods that require concentration, attention to detail and dexterity to ensure company standards and quality strategies are met.

Duties of Production Operative include:

Perform masking, cutting, and laminating of materials to ensure precision, durability, and a high-quality finish.

Inspect work for accuracy and finish, maintaining high standards throughout.

Collaborate with colleagues to meet production targets and deadlines.

Maintain a tidy workspace and follow health and safety procedures.

In order to be considered for the role of Production Operative:

Good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail.

Ability to follow instructions and work to precise measurements.

Comfortable working with tools and machinery (training provided).

A proactive attitude and willingness to learn.

Previous experience in a production or hands-on role is a plus but not essential.

LOCATION : Lowestoft

HOURS: 8.30am until 5pm / 37.5 hours per week Monday to Friday

PAY: £12.21 per hour

DURATION: Temporary initially for 4 weeks
