Description
Real Recruitment is excited to be working on behalf of our client to recruit a Dutch-Speaking Customer Service Administrator to join their Dutch Bilingual Customer Service team on a full time, permanent basis, with fully remote or hybrid options considered for the right candidate.
IMPORTANT: This is available as Hybrid or Remote role, however your training & induction will take place at the employers head office in Bristol (Monday to Friday) for the first two weeks - Fully expensed by the employer.

What You Will Be Doing As A Customer Service Administrator
As a Bilingual Customer Service Administrator, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to Dutch-speaking B2B clients. Your key duties will include handling inbound queries from existing customers via telephone and email - This opportunity holds high quality standards as you will be working within the financial services sector.
* Handle customer service queries from Dutch-speaking clients via telephone and email
* Complaints resolution.
* Data-Entry - Log and maintain accurate customer records
* Arrange and process payments for clients
* Translate documents and correspondence as required
* Meet productivity targets, supporting the team to achieve business goals
* Ensure compliance with FCA guidelines and underwriter standards.
Working Hours: 37.5 hours per week | Monday to Friday
What You Will Bring
* You will be fluent in Dutch, both spoken and written to a professional standard
* Strong MS Office experience
* Experience in delivering customer service / Administration within an FCA / Financial Services sector - Essential
* Strong organisational and prioritisation skills with excellent attention to detail
* Capable of effectively managing Team relationships remotely
* Hold the right to work in the UK
