Description

Customer Service Administrator

Our client is seeking an organised and proactive Customer Service Administrator to manage a portfolio of client accounts and act as the main point of contact for account-related matters. This varied role combines account management, invoice processing, payment administration, and sales support within a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage a portfolio of client accounts and maintain strong client relationships.

* Act as the lead contact for all account-related queries.

* Support new client onboarding and account setup.

* Process invoices, credit notes, payments, and account statements.

* Assist with overdue account management and payment reminders.

* Monitor account activity, identify risks, and maintain accurate records.

* Review client documentation and ensure compliance with internal procedures.

* Support credit limit administration and reporting requirements.

* Work closely with the Sales team to identify and refer business opportunities.

* Provide administrative support to the wider Operations team.

Skills & Experience:

* Previous administration, account management, customer service, or sales support experience.

* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

* Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.

* Experience with invoicing, payments, CRM, or finance systems is advantageous.

* Ability to manage multiple priorities and work accurately under pressure.

* Commercial awareness and a proactive approach to problem solving. xjnqpsq

* Experience reviewing financial information or credit reports is beneficial, although full training will be provided.
