Customer Sales Assistant

We're looking for motivated individuals to join our clients growing sales team as Customer Sales Assistant! In this role, you'll work directly with our clients to promote products, charities, and generate sales, while building lasting customer relationships. Whether you're starting your career or looking to grow in sales, our client provides hands-on training to set you up for success.

Responsibilities:

Represent our clients' brands through direct, face-to-face sales

Educate customers on current promotions, products, and services

Drive customer acquisition and retention through quality conversations

Set up new customer accounts and assist with product selections

Meet and exceed daily and weekly sales goals

Work in a team setting to support a positive, high-energy environment

Provide exceptional customer service and maintain professionalism

Qualifications:

No experience required - we provide full training

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and coachable

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, customer-facing role
