They have a fantastic customer base which will allow you to build relationships and maximise accounts. You will have a support system in place with admin support. To be a trusted point of contact for the customer and deal with anything from queries to complaints all the way through to resolution

To understand customers requirements and ensure delivery to maximise customer satisfaction

To ensure customer SLA's are adhered to

To communicate with other departments across the business including field based engineers

To promote products and services to maximise customer accounts

To hold customer review meetings

To ensure customer accounts are paid in the agreed time frames

To work closely with your designated administrator and senior management teams

To maintain contact with your allocated customer base
