Beaconsfield, Buckinghamshire
£25
Description
Pair of curtains pinch pleat duck egg & cream check
Curtain pole that these curtains were hung from was approx 3meters wide
Each curtain is approx 146cm wide across the top where the triple pinch pleats are located
Each curtain is approx. 219cm drop
Each curtain is fully interlined and lined with cream lining fabric
Please note these have been used for 11 years in a kitchen dining room.
They need a dry clean.
They are heavy curtains.
They were made by John Lewis the cost was £1,500.
They are interlined so great thermal properties
Treble pinch pleat
2” square checks two shades of duck egg green & cream
Hand finished
They have sun damage and are faded There are small holes where sun has bleached them near the edges They need to be professionally cleaned
However they are very good quality curtains They could be dry cleaned altered / shortened etc to make a new set of interlined curtains They are NOT PERFECT please do see all photos.
There is a small rip in a small section of lining near the top approx 3” long and 0 .5cm wide.
I have to stress whilst we live in a very clean smoke and pet free home these curtains DO NEED TO BE PROFESSIONALLY DRY CLEANED
The fabric alone be it the checked quality cotton fabric, the interlining and the beautiful cream lining are totally useable but need to be altered (made smaller) to remove the sun faded sections of fabric.
