Posting for 2+ yearsBlinds-2go BiFold ClickFIT Voile Frost White Pleated Blind - 72cm width x 182cm
Lambeth, London
£55
Description
A clever ‘no-drill’ shading blind on offer. Brand new, not even out of its wrapping as we realised we had ordered slightly the wrong size. 🥴
There are made for bifold pvc/metal doors and are the simplest thing to fit. You just slide the 4 plastic fittings under the black rubber seals at the edges of the glass at the top and bottom. The blind itself just then clicks in. The cord then is wound around the plastic fittings that have been placed at the bottom edges. The cover clicks on and your blind is good to go. You can raise or lower it to any height.
They are a brilliant design and I can’t recommend them highly enough.
The sizing is crucial though. The measurement across (the 72cm) must be from where the glass meets the black rubber seals at on one side to the glass/rubber seal on the other. You have a small amount of wriggle room, but not much, just a few mm.
The length also is measured the same way, but isn’t so crucial to get spot on as you could have the blind not come down completely to floor level or if your door isn’t that high you can just adjust the cord to fit the shorter height.
The cost per blind is £114. So this could be an economical way to try them out, and if you need more than one you can simply order more from their website.
I’ve attached photos of the (correctly sized) replacements we got. They are perfect for a sun room that just gets a little too much direct sun at certain times of the day. Any questions just ask.
