The Voids Surveyor will oversee and inspect vacant properties, ensuring they meet required standards for re–letting in Birmingham. This temporary role in the public sector requires expertise in construction and property assessment.

Description

Conduct thorough inspections of void properties to assess required repairs or improvements.Prepare detailed reports outlining necessary works and associated costs.Liaise with contractors to ensure timely and quality completion of required works.Ensure all properties comply with health and safety regulations before re–letting.Maintain accurate records of inspections and completed works.Provide updates to management on project progress and budgets.Collaborate with colleagues to streamline the voids management process.Address tenant concerns or queries related to void properties as needed.Profile

A successful Voids Surveyor should have:
