Transformation PMO Lead (Part–Time)

Location: Birmingham

Contract: 3 days per week, 6 months (ASAP start)

The Opportunity

Our client is seeking an experienced and hands–on Transformation PMO Lead to provide structure, clarity, and operational support for key initiatives. This part–time role (3 days per week) is ideal for a professional with strong transformation or analyst experience who can embed governance, drive consistency, and ensure delivery excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and maintain effective PMO frameworks, governance, and reporting.

Support the development and implementation of target operating models.

Document, streamline, and implement processes and procedures for operational consistency.

Provide analysis and insights to enable informed decision–making.

Drive project and programme governance, ensuring risks, issues, and dependencies are managed.

Work closely with stakeholders to embed operational discipline and accountability.

Deliver hands–on support in tracking, monitoring, and reporting against key initiatives.

Candidate Profile

Proven PMO, transformation, or project analyst experience.

Strong experience in developing and embedding target operating models.

Skilled in writing and implementing processes and procedures.

Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.

Excellent analytical, organisational, and communication skills.

Hands–on, proactive, and delivery–focused approach.
