As a Senior Health & Safety Advisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the highest standards of health and safety are maintained across various projects. You'll bring your technical skills and experience to the forefront, driving compliance and best practises within the organisation.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct thorough risk assessments to identify and mitigate potential hazards.Lead audits and inspections, ensuring adherence to health and safety regulations.Provide expert guidance on COSHH (Control of Substances Hazardous to Health) assessments and protocols.Collaborate with teams to develop and implement effective health and safety policies.Monitor and report on health and safety performance, making recommendations for improvements.

Who Are We Looking For?

The ideal candidate will have:

A NEBOSH qualification (essential).Proven experience in health and safety within the housing or construction sector.Strong knowledge of risk assessment methodologies and COSHH regulations.Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence at all levels.A proactive approach to problem–solving and a keen eye for detail.A valid driving licence, as travel to various sites may be required.
