Description

Hexagon Group are excited to be working with a leading residential property management company renowned for overseeing some of London's most prestigious and sought–after homes. They are now seeking a Senior Property Manager to take responsibility for a prestigious portfolio of luxury residential properties in West London.

In this role, you'll be at the heart of client relationships, overseeing a team of Property and Assistant Property Managers while delivering a first–class service to residents, and clients. You'll have full responsibility for service charge management, from setting budgets to financial reporting, and you'll ensure all buildings are run to the highest standards of compliance and safety.

With the support of a strong in–house team, you will also review, and commission planned and reactive maintenance tasks, with a particular focus on building services and M&E systems. Beyond the operational responsibilities, this position offers the opportunity to mentor and guide junior colleagues, supporting their professional growth and helping to uphold the company's reputation for excellence in the residential sector.

To be successful, you will bring proven experience in block property management within the high–end residential property management sector at a senior level. A thorough knowledge of service charge budgets, compliance, and the demands of London's prime residential market is essential. Excellent communication skills, a proactive approach to problem–solving, and the ability to deliver a truly client–focused service are key. Experience managing and mentoring on–site teams will also be highly valued. Holding an IRPM qualification would be advantageous.

The salary for this role is 60,000 – 70,000, depending on experience, along with a generous benefits package and clear opportunities for career progression.
