We re seeking an experienced Senior Estimator to join a leading national provider in the facilities management and grounds maintenance sector. This role offers the chance to lead high–value estimating projects and make a real impact on major contracts across the UK.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead estimating for national grounds maintenance and facilities management contracts

Cost and prepare service–based tenders accurately and competitively

Collaborate with operations, commercial, and business development teams

Engage with clients to understand requirements and scope

Deliver innovative, cost–effective solutions to support growth

What We re Looking For:

Proven experience as a Senior Estimator within facilities management, landscaping or grounds maintenance

Experience of costing service contracts essential

Strong commercial awareness, analytical skills, and attention to detail

Advanced Excel proficiency

Flexible, solution–focused approach with national travel
