Senior Building Surveyor Leading Multi–Disciplinary Consultancy

Location: Leeds

Salary: GBP50,000–GBP58,000 + Benefits (including a 10% pension contribution).

The Role

As a Senior Building Surveyor, in addition to project delivery, you will provide high–quality professional Building Surveying services, including condition surveys, building, technical due diligence and dilapidations.

Key Responsibilities

Undertake a broad range of Building Surveying duties across multiple sectors Lead client engagement and ensure consistent service delivery Conduct building pathology assessments and prepare detailed reports Perform due diligence and condition surveys Administer contracts and oversee project delivery About You

RICS Chartered (MRICS) with a RICS–accredited Building Surveying degree Demonstrated experience in both professional and project–based Building Surveying Excellent client–facing and communication skills Comfortable working both independently and within a team Able to travel within the region and occasionally further afield Why Join My Client?
