Are you a natural communicator with a flair for property Sales? Our client are looking for a driven Sales Negotiator to join their team at their Brentwood Office.
As a Sales Negotiator you will be at the heart of property transactions – connecting people with their dream homes, securing deals, and building lasting relationships.
The role as a Sales Negotiator:
Identify potential buyers and sellers, respond to inquiries by email, face to face and telephone Arranging and carrying out viewings, highlighting key features and benefits to prospective buyers Negotiating offers and securing successful sales Managing listings, marketing campaigns and client communication Building strong relationships with vendors and purchasers
Ideal Candidate:
