Are you an experienced leader in housing repairs and maintenance looking for your next challenge?

We re working with a leading housing provider to appoint a Regional Operations Manager to oversee repairs, voids, and planned works across a defined locality in Nottinghamshire. This is a fantastic opportunity to shape how services are delivered, driving performance, safety, and customer satisfaction.

Why this role? As Regional Operations Manager, you ll be the driving force behind a high–performing team. Your leadership will directly impact customer experience, operational performance, and employee engagement making a real difference in the communities you serve.

What you ll be doing: Leading and motivating a team of managers, schedulers, and operatives Delivering high–quality, customer–first repairs and void services Embedding a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement Managing budgets and resources effectively, ensuring value for money Using data and insight to drive service improvements Working closely with housing, neighbourhoods, and asset teams to deliver joined–up services About you: Strong technical knowledge of property maintenance and building compliance In–depth understanding of H&S legislation, Decent Homes Standard, and HHSRS Proven experience in leading teams and delivering service improvements in a housing/repairs environment Collaborative leadership style with a focus on coaching and developing teams HNC/HND in Construction or Building Management and/or CIH Level 4 (or working towards) What s on offer: Salary c.
