Our client, a successful, independent, and friendly Estate Agency with a vast council house portfolio, is seeking a skilled Property Manager to join their thriving East London team.

Key Responsibilities of the Property Manager:

Manage a portfolio of residential properties across East London Ensure compliance with legislation and industry best practices Handle tenant queries, maintenance requests, and tenancy renewals Conduct property inspections and oversee repairs efficiently Build strong, professional relationships with landlords and tenants

The Property Manager:

Experience: Minimum 1 year in Residential Property Management (Social Housing background advantageous) Communication: Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills Knowledge: Confident with property legislation, inventories, and compliance Tech–Savvy: Proficient in CFP or similar CRM, Excel & general IT Organisation: Strong time management and prioritisation skills Other: Full, clean UK driving licence + professional appearance
