Location: London / Loughton (with travel to sites as required)

Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience

We are seeking a proactive and highly organised Project Coordinator to support the Senior Project Manager in delivering high–quality projects on time, on budget, and to specification. This is a hands–on role where you ll be at the heart of project delivery, ensuring smooth coordination between subcontractors, site teams, and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare detailed project plans and programmes to support on–time delivery.Coordinate with the Project Manager on subcontractor attendance and scheduling.Assist with CDM requirements, ensuring all documentation is in place.Review RAMS (Risk Assessments and Method Statements) for compliance.Oversee general onsite health & safety procedures and standards.Carry out site administration duties, maintaining accurate records.Collate and populate O&M manuals with certification and key project information. About You

Proven experience in a similar role, ideally within the MEP or construction industry.Strong organisational and planning skills with attention to detail.Confident in liaising with subcontractors, clients, and site teams.Knowledge of CDM regulations and health & safety best practice.Proficient in MS Project and MS Excel.
