Basic Salary: 20,000 to 24,000On Target Earnings (OTE) 45,000+.paid on renewals

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants Provide exceptional customer service throughout the lettings process Arrange and conduct property viewings Showcase properties effectively to prospective tenants Negotiate rental terms between landlords and tenants Strive for the best possible outcome for all parties Stay updated with local rental market trends

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE SHOULD HAVE

Strong negotiation skills Excellent communication skills Outstanding customer service skills with a client–focused approach Ability to thrive in a fast–paced, target–driven environment Good organisational skills Strong attention to detail Knowledge of the local rental market (an advantage) A valid UK driving license and own vehicle
